Fuel Gross Receipts / Petroleum Distributor Licensing Fee

Fuel Gross receipts tax imposed on sellers of $10,000 or more annually for the following fuels:

• Gas propane and natural

• Electricity

• Coal

• Heating oil & kerosene is also subject to a one half cent per gallon petroleum cleanup fund fee.
