Vermont Listers and Assessors:

We are pleased to present the 2005 Property Valuation and Review Lister’s Handbook, containing links to statutes and other pertinent information.  Rules promulgated through the Administrative Procedures Act have been also been included. 

A complete set of the Vermont statutes can be found at www.leg.state.vt.us/statutes/statutes2.htm. Most laws relating
to assessment and taxation are contained in Title 32.
