Your Tax Bill

Generally, tax bills are sent to businesses that have not filed returns, have not paid the full tax amount, or have not made sufficient estimated payments. Here is some information that can help you understand what you owe.

What You Can Expect to See

When Are Bills Generated?

Tax bills are generated monthly and sent through the U.S. Postal Service to the business address on file. If you are expecting a bill and have not received one, please contact us.

What You Owe

All tax types will appear on one bill. For example, if you owe sales and use tax and corporate income tax, they will both appear on the same bill.

Interest, Penalties, and Fees

Your tax bill may include additional charges for penalties and interest.  For more details, refer to late returns and payments.
