Vermont Pharmacy Programs
Vermont has two pharmacy programs, VPharm and Healthy Vermonters, to help uninsured Vermonters and those enrolled in Medicare pay for prescription medications. Eligibility is based on income, age, and disability. For more information about the Vermont Pharmacy Programs, see Green Mountain Care.
If you are enrolled in Vermont Health Connect for your health care, you already have prescription coverage and are not eligible for the pharmacy programs through Green Mountain Care.
Lifeline Telephone Service Credit
Lifeline provides eligible Vermonters with a discount on their monthly phone or internet service. To be eligible for the discount, you meet all of the following requirements:
- You must live in Vermont
- You must get phone service through a participating company
- You must meet household income criteria or already receive public benefits
